• Portal Information: Your HubSpot Portal ID and account name.

• Form Metadata: We access a list of your HubSpot forms (Form IDs and names) so you can select which ones to limit.

• Submission Counts: We monitor the numerical count of submissions for your selected forms to trigger the “limit” functionality.

Important: We do not store the Personal Indentifiable Information (PII) of your form respondents (e.g., names, emails, or phone numbers) in our database. We only track the quantity of submissions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely to:

• Execute the “limit” logic you have configured.

• Update your form settings (e.g., hiding the form or showing a “Full” message) when a cap is reached.

• Communicate with you regarding your subscription or technical support.

3. Data Retention

• Configuration Data: We store your limit settings as long as the app is installed.

• Deletion: If you uninstall Limit Form Submissions, your configuration data is deleted from our servers within 30 days.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your data to third parties. We only share data with service providers necessary to run our app (e.g., Stripe for payment processing or AWS/Google Cloud for hosting), all of whom are compliant with industry-standard privacy regulations.

5. Security

We use Industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transfers between HubSpot and our servers. Access to our database is restricted to authorized personnel only.

6. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

As a data processor, we support your compliance with GDPR and CCPA. Since we do not store your leads’ PII, your “Right to be Forgotten” requests within HubSpot generally do not require action within our app.
